A critical and daily pain point involves managing external recipient lists. Currently, all users share a single, global list of email contacts, which becomes cluttered and impractical for multi-team environments. Teams are forced to manually add individual email addresses for every call sheet, a process described as taking significant time for lists of 15-30 people.
Users would like the ability to create a batch of default recipients which can be batch added to a callsheet. Teams and shoots may have a different set of recipients so to save time, creating a group recipient template would allow teams to specify and select the correct group for a callsheet.
