Assign to a production from a shortlist

Users would like the ability to associate a shortlist to a production so that they can easily assign talent in that shortlist into the associated production.

Ability to duplicate productions

Users would want a way to duplicate a productions and have the option to carry the same assigned roles / resources into it.

Shortlist Groupings

Have the ability to separate talent in a shortlist into groups for easier navigation and categorization of large shortlists

Ability to drag / move production to new date and reconcile bookings

Users want a way to easily drag / edit production dates within the calendar and ensure the assigned resources within are automatically updated with their bookings.

Add expenses total to production budget export

Users would like the ability to see the total expenses amount for a booking within the budget export in a production.

Ability to sync bookings dates with assignment dates

There are cases where it’s clearer to lock the assignment dates with the bookings dates to reduce confusion of what get’s calculated in budget. We’re looking at ways to make this clearer

Improve callout field configuration dropdown

Users have commented that it’s often cumbersome to have to individually add each field for the callout form. It can be particularly painful if there are a lot of fields to add. There is an opportunity to drastically improve the field management within callouts.

Ability to duplicate a role slot within a production

Ability to quickly duplicate a single role with the role name and filters pre-populated to save time.

Search talent by location radius

Currently location search is locked to the name of the city. Users would like a way to search via radius of a given location. A nice addition would be search within broader groups like country or continent.

Add Pronouns as core field for Talent

Users would like the option to display pronouns for talent in use for public facing features such as callsheets.

Improved Talent Form With Lockable Profiles

An improved experience in entering and update talent information. This will include: Editable field toggle - eliminating the issue of accidental edits due to exposed inputs. Collapsible groups - Ability to group fields for clearer organization. Improved field types - A refined, smoother experience across all field types.

Track Talent Feedback

Allow users to leave structured feedback on talent for review on future projects / assignments.

Improved Callout Form

Refining the design of the callout page to improve the experience for applicants.

Rearranging Multiple Records Within A Shortlist

Hi team, The Casting team has found rearranging records within a shortlist that has several records very difficult. If you have to rearrange multiple records, and say, drag them to the top, you can only do it one at a time. We were wondering if it’s possible to select multiple records at a time to then rearrange, and then drag them together as a group. We’ve found that within a shortlist that had around 100 records, we wanted options that were at the bottom to show up first, so we were scrolling down, dragging up the records, one by one, instead of being able to select more than one record and drag to the top to rearrange. Send Later Option for Callsheets

Would love if there was a “send later” option with call sheets where they could be set up ahead of time and then scheduled to send at a specific date/time. This would help when we are traveling to locations and need to have some automation.

"Add Expense" button missing from Reconciliation tab

Since the update, the “Add Expense” button/link is missing from the Reconciliation tab. I can no longer register invoices/expenses in the Reconciliation tab.
