Role-Based Call Times
Role-Based Call Times: A frequent manual task is adjusting individual call times for different roles (e.g., photographer at 8:00 AM, digitech at 8:15 AM). The current system only uses a general call time, requiring editors to change times for numerous individuals.
Ability to duplicate productions
Users would want a way to duplicate a productions and have the option to carry the same assigned roles / resources into it.
Interface Enhancement for Time Entry
The callsheet time selector could learn the most frequently entered times and present them as quick-select options, reducing clicks and typing.
Ability to create recipient templates for callsheets
A critical and daily pain point involves managing external recipient lists. Currently, all users share a single, global list of email contacts, which becomes cluttered and impractical for multi-team environments. Teams are forced to manually add individual email addresses for every call sheet, a process described as taking significant time for lists of 15-30 people. Users would like the ability to create a batch of default recipients which can be batch added to a callsheet. Teams and shoots may have a different set of recipients so to save time, creating a group recipient template would allow teams to specify and select the correct group for a callsheet.
Ability to drag / move production to new date and reconcile bookings
Users want a way to easily drag / edit production dates within the calendar and ensure the assigned resources within are automatically updated with their bookings.
Shortlist Groupings
Have the ability to separate talent in a shortlist into groups for easier navigation and categorization of large shortlists
Send Later Option for Callsheets
Would love if there was a “send later” option with call sheets where they could be set up ahead of time and then scheduled to send at a specific date/time. This would help when we are traveling to locations and need to have some automation.
Custom Domains for Callouts
Introduce the ability to customize the callout public link to a custom domain.
Add expenses total to production budget export
Users would like the ability to see the total expenses amount for a booking within the budget export in a production.
Call Sheet: Downloaded Banner Warped; Logo Sizing Request
Customer reports that when downloading a call sheet, the banner at the top, which includes logos, appears warped and stretched. Additionally, the customer has requested the ability to adjust the size of the logos within the call sheet.

Adding Productions Post-Callsheet-Creation
A limitation was identified where users cannot add a forgotten production to an already-created call sheet template without starting over. We could look at adding the capability to add production when a callsheet is already created.
Ability for resource portal users to update availability if resource assigned
Currently we have a lock where if a user has been assigned into a production on a selected date then the user cannot change that availability. This blocks the user to be able to communicate if their available has changed. Adjust the logic so that users are able to change availability to unavailable.
Batch Editing Callsheet External Recipients
A small but useful interface improvement was requested: adding a "select all" checkbox to the external recipients list to make it quicker to delete a long list of contacts when needed or expose the “delete” button to quickly remove.

Location Input Enhancements
Improve the user experience of adding and filtering locations: Improve user experience of adding location Add the ability to filter resources by location distance. Add the ability to filter by city, country etc.
Improved Talent Form With Lockable Profiles
An improved experience in entering and update talent information. This will include: Editable field toggle - eliminating the issue of accidental edits due to exposed inputs. Collapsible groups - Ability to group fields for clearer organization. Improved field types - A refined, smoother experience across all field types.

Multiple Email Addresses per recipient in Callsheet
A common scenario involves crew members who have both a personal and an agent email address. Currently, the system only populates one email on the call sheet and in the external recipient list. The desired solution is to allow multiple email addresses to be associated with a contact and either displayed on the sheet or, at minimum, made selectable from a dropdown when adding recipients.
Ability to duplicate a role slot within a production
Ability to quickly duplicate a single role with the role name and filters pre-populated to save time.
Clickable URL's within talent table
Users want the ability to be able to click on the website url for a talent within the talent page list view. This was a capability on the older table design.
Production Resourcing Table Design
Our production resourcing table is getting an upgrade with refined components and a smoother workflow
Add "Search All" operator for tags and select fields
Users would like the ability to search against a selected set of tags / options and show results that have to include all of them
Scroll bar at bottom
Hi - the bottom scroll bar disappeared, which is frustrating on big shoots as I have to keep scrolling to the bottom to move to the right.
Customize terms and conditions within a callout
Add ability to add and customize the terms and conditions of a callout form. Include the ability to edit formatting by adding links and allowing basic formatting.
Configure Production Table to Include Financial Totals
Users would like the ability to add a summary of financial totals within the production table. Users would like to see: Planned Total Actuals Total Look to allow customization of table for each user.

Improve the experience of adding custom fields onto an entity. Enhancement includes: Flagging to the user if a custom field already exists Improve search capability to find custom field Improving ability to create a new field if it does not exist. Upgrade to our newer refined components.
